Shipping & Returns

Outputs:

Parcels are usually shipped within 24 or 48 hours after receiving your payment.

Media:

- If the shipment is made by the client, the have to confirm by phone or e-mail that the material is ready for departure.

If the shipment is made by INKZAR's own carrier, the collection date will be confirmed once it has been made. The tracking number may be requested if the carrier has it.

Guarantees:

- Transportation: in the event that the means of transportation are those of the client, the insurance of the material in the event of any mishap will be that agreed upon by the client with their carrier, with Inkzar being exempt.

- All material is guaranteed for 6 months. No material can be returned after 10 days from delivery. In the event of a malfunction, the distributor will have to contact the Inkzar technical department (SAT), which will send instructions to obtain an incident number (RMA) with which the evolution of the incident will be followed and its replacement if necessary.

The printheads of any plotter model HAVE NO WARRANTY.
