INKZAR GUARANTEE LETTER

Thanks to trust in our products and our INKZAR brand name. Consumibles&Trading S.L. is the company that holds the rights to sell INKZAR product brand. In case to use our guarantee services, you must follow the indications and conditions stated below.

INKZAR guarantees to the initial product purchaser that the product is in perfect conditions and works fine, but whenever:

  • The product must be purchased to an authorized Inkzar distributor or directly from Inkzar.
  • The instalation must be made in the right way and the ink has not to be mixed with another ink.
  • Product enviroment storage must be fresh and dry, avoiding high and cold temperatures. 
  •  You can ask for a MDS sheet.
  • follow the instructions supplied.
  • product expiration date.

Guarantee period

The guarantee starts from the date on the invoice. The guarantee period is 6 month.

How to get the guarantee service: running the guarantee.

You must fullfill the RMA (you can ask us or get trough this website) completly filled in and if could be posible with photos on the problems and a coherent explanation and attach the invoice within the guarantee period.

While solving the incidence/problem Inkzar will not pay any damages or injuries to the machine for the time that the machine is stopped, only will be paid or reinbursed the direct damages to the machinery.

General guarantee conditions: The guarantee covers

Material that comes failure from origin, if the transport is handled by INKZAR.
In case that the product shows and malfunction in the guarantee perid we will replace for a new one with the same characteristics or for others with same value.

Limitations: The guarantee do not cover

This guarantee will not have any effect in the following situations:

-Negligence and/or accident using the material.

-Injuries or damages caused by a wrong manipulation of the software and/or the hardware.

-Injuries or damages caused by consequence of misinterpreting or not respecting the manufacturer's advice given with each machine and product supplied by the manufacturer.

-Failure in machine maintenance. Machine or devices maintenance is not mandatory nor from the manufacturer nor from user.

-By use of forbidden or not adequate complements / spare parts with / in the product.

-Mixing the product with other products in or out the proper machine. Proper machine it's the one specified in the product leaflet.

-Material being manipulated with other or different use than the one specified in the user manual.

-Alteration or manipulation of registry and / or labeling numbers.

-If the damage or breakdown is caused by an external or internal device attached or not attached to the machine (not originally included by the manufacturer). That is any device external to the ink circuit.

-By temperature and incorrect ambient effect (bad ventilation, humidity, overheating...).

-By electricity break, tension changes, storms and or natural disaster.

-Periodical comprobations, maintenance, reparation and spare parts substitution due to normal use and wear down.

-Damages caused by the normal use of the machine such as headers wear down or cleanings.

-In case of spare parts needed by wear down caused to normal use.

-The proper maintenance work of each machine, whatever it's periodicity is.

-Damage caused by product use on other machines, devices or systems, or caused to posterior modification ot that ones.

-The product cost adjustment by any change in the features or characteristics since the delivery date of the product.

-INKZAR it's not responsible of damages or injuries caused by ink to external elements.

-Damages derived from product not complying foreign rules or specifications of a country where the product was not acquired.

-Damage caused by bad usage and bad handling included transportation damages. Transportation damages should be claimed to the Transport Company. The package should be carefully inspected before the respective delivery note is effectively authorized.

If the damage is caused by fire, flooding, meteorological agents or facts, hit, crushing or application of inadequate voltage/energy.

Cartridges with an invoice superior to 6 months cannot be returned.

Cartridges or tanks under 60% of its capacity cannot be returned.

Litigation
All that it's not stated satisfactorily in this Conditions, will be regulated by Spanish Law 26/84 about Consumer Defense and User. In any litigation case, the parts will meet in Barcelona courts and under Spanish regulation laws.

If there's not appliable regulation in the country, this guarantee states the only and exclusive resort of the user. Inkzar and their distributors will not be responsible for any direct or indirect damage derived from product guarantee breach.


INCIDENCE PROCEDURE

1. Request RMA sheet and number by e-mail or fax. Don't send the product inmediatly and wait for the company response and indications.

2. Send RMA SHEET filled with the data requested by fax: 00 93 532 11 82 or e-mail to: sat@inkzar.com. Inkzar will not accept product returns if the RMA sheet it's not totally filled and the issue or problem description it's inaccurate or incomplete.
The company don't accept descriptions as the following ones: "The machine fails", "Ink don't work o "Ink it's defective". A very accurate description it's required and mandatory in order to proceed to the correct incident solution if there was an incident or issue. We need to know what was done by the user before the issue occured, plotter model, paper used, paper brand, if a printing was made or not, how many centimeters or meters were printed and technical details if available. As more data is provided, you always get a better response from the technical department.

3. A RMA tracking number has been assigned to the incidence. Incidence data will be verified in order to accept or decline it. RMA sheet must be completely filled with all data requested.

4. If INKZAR accepts the incidence, all directions from the Technical Department must be followed: technical explanation of the incidence, aditional data and material returning procedure.

5. The Technical Department will send you by fax or e-mail the RMA sheet within the next 24-48 hours with the procedure to solve the incidence or with possible solutions to be checked before a material return. If there is a material return, the Technical Department will give instructions with the correct material return procedure to INKZAR warehouse. All incidences and claims are subjected under this guarantee terms and conditions.

Material return procedure:

1. Pack adequately the product to return for its transportation. If the product arrives damaged, Inkzar it's not responsible of transportation damages and can't pay the returned material.

2. Include RMA sheet with the package or inform of the incidence nature. Enclose photographies if needed in digital format (Cd Rom) or paper as well as samples if there are available.
